Abstract: After presenting a few theoretical concepts, the workshop will be dedicated to working in sub-groups. Participants will look at different situations typical of higher education and will be asked to reflect together on the inequities that can be generated by these situations. They will be asked to work together to find solutions that could help reduce inequities.

Bio: Marie Baron completed her PhD in Community Health at Université Laval in 2019, her project focused on healthy aging in Inuit communities. She then worked as a research professional at the Centre de recherche en santé durable VITAM, specializing in the coordination and management of health surveys among vulnerable populations. She arrived at INRS in March 2023, where she is an advisor for Responsible Research, including EDI themes.
